Fitness Scheme’s SCAM SCALE

Learn how to interpret the Scam Scale for a quick and easy reference to health and fitness topics.

The scam scale is meant to give you an easy visual of how concerned you should be with an aspect of the health and fitness industry. This scale rating is not permanent as new studies and information presents itself; these ratings may be adjusted, with proof, to reflect the most recent scientific and medical information available.
